    Client portal

Your branded portal with an AI assistant, around the clock.

The client portal is the broker's client interface, fully branded with their logo and colours. Every AI output with legal consequences passes through human sign-off, with an SLA of at most two hours.

    Functions in this group

    E1

    Claims self-service chat

Claims reporting around the clock, structured.

The client describes their claim in the chat, the AI identifies the line of business and coverage and requests the necessary supporting documents. The coverage statement only goes out after confirmation by the broker, within two hours.

    E2

    Policy overview in plain language

    Insurance the client finally understands.

The AI translates contract text into simple language and, for each line of business, names the three most important benefits and exclusions. A traffic-light system marks gaps, and the path always leads back to the broker conversation.

    E3

    Document upload & classification

Every document lands in the right place immediately.

OCR and an LLM identify the document type, extract the fields and assign everything to the correct file element. The client receives an immediate confirmation, the broker a prioritised task.

    E4

    Needs analysis wizard

    Life events become qualified leads.

A wizard with eight to twelve questions checks the answers against the policy portfolio and identifies concrete gaps. The result is a prepared conversation file and a suggested appointment.

    E5

    Renewal reminder in the portal

The client books the appointment before they cancel.

90, 60 and 30 days before expiry, the client receives a personal reminder with one-click appointment booking. In the case of high client-loss risk, the system intervenes earlier.

    E6

    My broker bot

Answers based on the real contract data.

An AI chat answers questions exclusively from the client's own policies, with a source reference. Where there is legal relevance, the answer is framed as indicative and forwarded to the broker.
